Buying or renting a home? Browse homes instead
For agents
Buyers find you first, and your area is yours.
Homes District is built for one thing: homes in our neighbourhoods, for the people who actually live in them. Buyers search by the things that matter here — the walk to shul, the block, the layout — and they find the agent who has the house.
Your own page
A profile buyers reach directly, with your listings on it.
The agent directory
Searchable by the areas you actually work.
Buyers who came for this market
Not a national portal that also happens to cover your street.
Your area, first refusal
On our top plan, nobody can buy the sponsorship of your area out from under you.
What it costs, and how we make money
Listing is free. Searching is free. Messaging buyers is free. There is no plan and no card involved in any of it.
We make our money two ways, and neither one costs you anything unless you choose it: agents who want to be seen first pay for placement, and local businesses and lenders pay for the advertising slots. That is the whole model — there is no catch to find later.
Your listings, your leads
When a buyer asks about your house, that message comes to you. We do not sell your leads to other agents, we do not put a competitor's name on your listing, and we never take a cut of a deal.
What we need from you
One thing that shows you really work as an agent. That is what keeps people who aren't agents from posting houses they have nothing to do with — which is the problem you would be calling us about otherwise.
- A real estate licence, if you hold one
- Your business card
- Brokerage letterhead
- A photo of you or your sign at the company
Any one of them is enough. Agents work differently here and plenty of people who sell houses every week do not hold a licence in their own name, so we do not ask for one.
