Your number is never shown on a listing unless you turn it on for that listing — the switch sits under Contact in the listing form. When it is on, the number stays hidden until a buyer taps to show it. Your email address is never shown in messages.

On any listing page, type your message in the contact box and press Send message. It goes straight to the seller — no agent, no middleman. A free account is all you need to send.

Click the heart icon on any listing page. Your saved listings appear in your dashboard under "Saved listings". You need a free account to save.

That's entirely between you and the seller — Homes District doesn't set or control pricing. Message the seller directly to discuss.

The seller has accepted an offer. Pending listings are kept out of the default search results, the way the big portals do it — turn on "Include under contract" in the filters to see them. A pending deal can still fall through, and the listing keeps its own page, so message the seller if you're interested.

Every listing is read by a person before it goes live. You'll get an email when yours is approved, or if something needs a change. Once it's approved it goes live right away.

Active listings run for 30 days. You'll get a reminder email before yours expires, and you can relist it from your dashboard in one tap.

Only you and Homes District admins. It won't appear in search results or be visible to the public until it's approved.

Yes. Open it in your dashboard and click Edit. Price, description and photos change right away. A change to the address or the room counts is checked first, and your listing stays live while it is.

Either $49 for a week or $149 for four. A promoted listing sits at the top of the default search results and is marked as promoted. Your card is authorized when you submit and charged only once the listing is approved — if it isn't approved, nothing is charged.

Up to 50 photos per listing. Photos are automatically resized and converted to WebP for fast loading. The first photo becomes the cover image — drag to reorder.

A property listed as an investment opportunity. Sellers can include ARV (after-repair value), estimated rehab cost, and other deal metrics. Use the Fix & flip calculator to run the numbers yourself.

No. The calculators are neutral tools that run the numbers you input. They don't tell you whether a deal is good or bad — that's your call.

Create a free account, then open Settings → Verification and send us your agent details. Once they are approved you fill in the Agent profile tab, and your public page goes live at /agents/your-name.
